At the start of the fall season, we visited Willibald Distillery & Breweryto learn about their operations and experience their beautiful farm in Ayr, Ontario. As part of our “Locally Manufactured” series we have been visiting with other local makers to appreciate their processes and gain an understanding of their work. We believe the foundation of creating products to the highest standards depends on the attention to detail and unparalleled commitment to craft. This idea was exhibited through every step at Willibald; from the distillery and brewery to the kitchen, it was undeniable the level of care put into each process.
